Zoe’s Meats (Petaluma, CA) donated over 5,500 Organic Grass Fed Beef Hot Dogs to Redwood Empire Food Bank. The hot dogs were distributed to 1,132 households in Sonoma County through the food bank’s distribution network. George Gavros, founder of Zoe’s Meats remarks, “It is an honor to give back to our community. Sharing my hot dogs is my version of philanthropy.” Gavros adds, “We believe in crafting high quality products without preservatives and using the best raw materials we can find. I feel lucky to be offering a great tasting hot dog.” The artisan cured meat company’s donations to Redwood Empire Food Bank aligns with their values of giving back to the local community.
