Zoe's Uncured Pepperoni is unique. We use a little bit less paprika than other pepperonis, which gives it a milder taste. To create our pepperoni, we use pork shoulder rather than pork trim. This means that our pepperoni is 30% leaner than most others. Our pepperoni is made without BHA, BHT or nitrites, and has a mild “porky” flavor. Chefs at over 100 restaurants are currently using Zoe’s Meats Uncured Pepperoni. It is absolutely perfect for pizza or an antipasto platter.
