We took our uncured bacon slabs that have been marketed to discerning chefs and restaurateurs for the last 15 years and created the best fully cooked bacon on the market. The recipe is very straightforward, we prepared our bellies as we do to make our nitrite free bacon. We cure them using only natural ingredients, and then smoke them. Finally, we ship those bellies to the fully cooked bacon copacker to prepare them in their ovens so that you don’t need to spend countless hours preparing bacon or worrying about excess grease in your kitchen every morning.
