Coppa is one of the most traditional Italian cured meats; here at Zoe's we wanted to pay homage to traditional Italian coppas, or prosciuttinis.  

On the West coast many choose to cure their coppas using red wine, we opted to leave out this popular ingredient and allow the flavors of pork and salt to shine.  We believe we have succeeded in creating the best coppa North America has seen to date.  

A perfect addition to any sandwich or charcuterie platter, our Coppa provides an Italian experience Zoe's style.
