Coppa has been staple charcuterie items for us until covid came around and all our restaurant customers had no use for the items.  We took that time to re-formulate our recipe and now we bring to you a new recipe that we think you will love, and we left out the sodium nitrite. We don’t think you will mind.

Coppa Ingredients: Pork, Sea Salt, 2% or less of Cultured Swiss Chard, Sugar, Natural Flavor, Pepper, Fresh Garlic, Spices.

Size: approx. 1.75lbs., 2 per case
