Meat Sticks

After years of satisfying the palates of chefs and retailers throughout the United States with salamis and pepperoni, we decided to embark on a different challenge. Create a meat snack that tastes great with "better for you" raw ingredients. 

We started with antibiotic free pork and our salami and pepperoni recipes. We tweaked our recipe into the smaller formats and rather than hanging our narrow snacks to dry, we cook them. We made them without gluten fillers, nitrites or excessive sugars or syrups.
