We pride ourselves in using only the best ingredients, sourcing sustainably raised animals whenever possible and using naturally-occurring nitrites and nitrates for most products.
Since our founding in 2007, Charlie and I have grown our company to include: Daphne’s Creamery and Yioryo: Ingredients of Greece for Chefs. Recently, we have been partnering with other artisan brands to bring exceptional offerings to market such as Two Chicks Jerky and Big Bottom Market.
