When we thought of creating a salami for Zoe's Meats we knew that we wanted to honor the age-old Italian tradition of salami-making with a modern twist. We rolled up our sleeves and lovingly labored over recipes and ingredients, trying many until we found the one that is just right. Zoe's Salami boasts a bold flavor profile featuring sherry wine, garlic and black pepper.  With no artificial preservatives, our salami is, quite simply, delicious!
