Zoe's Honey Ham-Half (cut lengthwise)
Our great Honey Ham is delicious. Marinated in honey, and salts we smoke each leg using real applewood chips. We keep sodium nitrite out of this fabulous product and offer it cut lengthwise.
We looked at our Honey Ham and decided that if we cut it lengthwise, we would have the perfect size ham for a smaller gathering and a ham that is not going to roll away when you are trying to carve it. Place this ham in the oven with the flat side down and serve it that way to allow for easiest carving.

Zoe's Finocchiona Salami
Wow! After much trial and error we bring you this masterpiece. We feature whole fennel seeds, black peppercorns, salt and garlic like most fennel salamis, but then we felt that a little citrus and smoke would be perfect in this salami. So we added a little orange zest, smoke and pink peppercorns. We sampled our first batch with some of San Francisco's pickiest chefs and they loved it. So here it is ready for everyone.
