Mortadella has been branded by many as “Italian Bologna.” At Zoe’s Meats, our Old Fashioned Mortadella with Pistachios is much more. While creating our mortadella we happened upon a brilliant new secret ingredient. Ok, we’ll tell you…it’s the oven! Zoe’s Meats Old Fashioned Mortadella with Pistachios is baked in a stone oven that has been used for decades to cook rosemary ham. All the years of flavor baked into the porous wall of our oven permeate the natural casing of our mortadella, giving you an explosion of flavor.  Zoe’s Old Fashioned Mortadella with Pistachios is a favorite of chefs across Northern California and we’re willing to bet it will be one of yours as well.
