
Zoe’s Dry Cured, Applewood Smoked Bacon

At Zoe’s we worked closely with our artisans to create the best bacon possible. While other companies pump their bacon full of liquids and soak it in brine, we chose to stick with the old fashioned process of dry curing. This, coupled with hand-rubbed sugars, spices and the sweet smoke of real applewood chips, has produced a perfect harmony of sweet, salty and smoky flavors in our bacon. Our little Zoe could, quite possibly, eat her weight in our Dry Cured Applewood Smoked Bacon. We challenge anyone to eat just one slice!
